Background Image and/or column

    Hi,

    I’m wondering if it would be possible to put a background behind the scrolling testimonials. I’ve already made a .png file for them to scroll on top of, but I’m not sure how to add it to the code.

    If this way isn’t possible, where would code to create a background go? CSS styles? PHP?

    Here’s an example of what I’m trying to accomplish.

    How are you trying to insert testimonials into your website?

    What’s your goal?

    I’m using it as a quote rotator. It is perfect for my needs, but it changes to the next quote a bit too fast. The speed is the only issue for me, so my goal is to just slow it down a bit.

    If shortcode or theme function, what code are you using?

    I placed the following code on the (front) page where I want it to show: <?php echo testimonialswidget_widget( $args, 1234 ); ?>
