Background image disappears when I log in

I have a local install of WordPress and I am using Elementor to create my page. My problem is that when I add a background image and get everything the way I want it I update my work and log out. When I log back in my background image is gone! Everything else is the same except for the image being gone. I have disabled 2 plugins that I have recently installed and that doesn’t help. Could anybody help me out with this please?
