Background image DIV only on homepage

Hi guys,
Helping a friend with a site and I ran into a problem I can’t seem to figure out. We have a repeating background image throughout the site.https://184.168.29.10/Wordpress/
However, on the Homepage we designed a graphic that I want to place behind the banner image: https://184.168.29.10/Wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/bg.jpg
Any suggestions as to how I can position that image behind the banner area on the homepage only? Suggestions are appreciated!
