Background image doesn’t show

After I got my site live from local host the background image URL didn’t change so it still points to local host, I changed it with elementor on my home page but rest of the site it is still missing,

Which file in cpanel do I need to access to change the url and get the background image showing on all sites again?

I found a step by step to change all my page URL’s etc through php my admin but can’t find anywhere online explaining how I get the background image URL updated!!
