background image like first (start) -page

Hi. I have a website which is very simple and based on Twenty Seventeen-template. And it has multiple “pages” in it. I have noticed that the nice look with a big image where you need to scroll down to get to the actual information and functions for the site, is only happening on the “first/main”-startup-page. All other pages get a small banner of that image only. And that looks ok, but is there anyway to get back that nice “scroll-view” on certain pages?
