Background Image not Displaying Correctly

Hello, my site is https://www.corsewerks.com and the theme I am using is Sydney. I am trying to add an image to the About page https://corsewerks.com/index.php/about/ , it shows up but I need the following fixed:

1.) Want to center align the image, currently it shows left aligned
2.) Image is hidden behind the footer, need the background image to show on the white body area and not the footer section

I am new at this so any help is appreciated.
