background image not uploading

Hi, i had inserted an image in the theme. It was working perfectly fine till now. Today when i am opening the page https://www.hospitotal.com , it is not showing the image. just a broken logo saying teaser.

Please help. I have kept caching off and also deleted cookies and expired cache.
