• I got a background image on my homepage (only worked in the main column section in customizer) but I don’t want it carrying over on all my other pages. How do I remove it on the other pages but not my homepage? I am running the Make theme. Thanks!!!

  • Hello there,

I’m sorry to say this isn’t an option in Make. You would need to customize your theme files or use a plugin to use different background images on different pages within your site.

I have the same problem. I need a fullscreen background image on the homepage. On all other sides I need just a white background.

Are you sure there is no possibility to have different fullscreen-backgrounds on different pages? Who wants the same background-image on all of his pages?

I′m happy about every possible solution. Maybe somebody knows a good plugin or how to change a script or something else to solve this problem.

The make-theme is really very good, but the lack of this feature would make the usage impossible for me.

    Thanks!

I would also like to know who to have different fullscreen background images on different pages.

    Thanks!

You can add backgrounds for pages via your child theme in the CSS, but it’s not a theme option yet.
