Background Image/s Not Working

    Hello, I’m having an issue with background images not showing up. When I first attempted to upload an image/s, they uploaded with no issues, and looked right on my desktop view, and from my desktop view, the tablet and mobile views looked correct as well. However, the images were completely distorted, or not even visible, when I viewed them from my actual mobile devices.

    After, removing and uploading repeatedly and changing all of the settings with the Storefront Customizer, the function stopped working all together. I cleared all of my caches, etc. And even restored the site to a previous backup I’d created earlier in the day. I tried custom CSS as a work around to no avail. I feel like I’ve exhausted all avenues.

    It seems very strange that it went from semi-working to not working at all. I can change the color of the background just fine, but zero luck with any image uploads.

    If anyone could I’d advise, I’d appreciate it very much. Thank you.

    Thank you for contacting Woo support.

    Could you please share the image files you’re trying to upload and some screenshots of the areas where you’re adding these background images?

    You can share the image files using any cloud file sharing like WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox
    I’d like to follow the same steps on my site to see if I can replicate the issue and help troubleshoot further.
