Background of only site identity

  • I am learning WordPress. I need to change the background of site identity. The rest of the page will use RGB value as background.
    I want to have the exact similar background for the site identity for all pages activated by the menu. Now it has different backgrounds for different pages. What steps can be followed to achieve this?
