background overflow : hidden not working in firefox

    i am working in my .ccs with a fixed background that resizes to any size screen.

    the only problem is when you use firefox and press the “spacebar” or use the arrow keys to navigate, it results in a black bar. the background, headers, and the area where the blog are still fixed, but you are moving in black space.

    it seems that the overflow:hidden is not working in firefox, but works correctly in safari and IE.

    are there any other resolutions in coding for this issue?
