Background overlay function does not working properly

I have just updated Elementor to latest version and have the issue with background overlay function doesn’t work. The below are settings in Elementor with picture on background and background overlay colour set up:

however on front end I can see just the background overlay colour without picture:

I have also noticed some of the fonts size changed after the latest Elementor update.

That has just happened after Elementor update to latest version.
