Background Photo with Transparent Text

  • Hi Guys. I am really new to wordpress and I need your help. My website is https://www.umdibc.com. If you click to the about page, you can see that there is a background image and text. I want to have a transparent text so that you can see the background image through it but make the words readable as well. (Basically we want it like this https://www.wiscibc.com/recruitment )

    I am using the template called “untitled” on wordpress
