Background picture disappears after saving

    I am creating custom pop up. When I save the popup, background picture disappears. Please tell me the solution.

    Sorry for the late response,

    We have tested our plugin in the latest version of the WordPress and some default themes but we did not find such issues. We have also tried look into your issues but we are unable to find the popup in your site. If you enable the popup then we can look into it and provide you with the best solution.
