    Hello,
Installing the plugin went fine and we were able to connect and sync it with our mailchimp list manually.
Now looking at the user sync page, we see there are 1504 background jobs waiting to be processed, our member database is about 6000 members, this number of background jobs is increasing everyday and we think this may be the reason why some members are not up to date in mailchimp.
Under the message there is a button “Process” which works but after some seconds we get a blank page with “gateway timeout”, when we come back to the user sync page, the number of background jobs has decreased of 100-200, so we click again the button process and slowly decrease the background jobs to processed.

Want to know if this is a known issue and why do those background jobs do not process automatically ?
also looking at the debug log, everything looks fine as we see a line like this for each member
    [2018-11-04 22:19:24] INFO: User Sync > Successfully updated user 6523 (Dubo********@gm***.com)

    thanks for your help

    Hello,

To sync the details faster, you can use WP-CLI. You can find more details about the WP-CLI commands for our plugin at https://kb.mc4wp.com/wp-cli-commands-mailchimp-user-sync/.

In case you do not have any experience with this, then I would suggest asking your host to increase the memory and PHP process time limit and test syncing again.

    Hello,
Sorry for my late reply, I was waiting for the first results through WP-CLI, I confirm everything is working fine now and the background jobs are runned once a day.

    Best regards
