Background spotty on some error pages.

My site works like a dream, except one teeny little annoyance. Some error pages, such as this link render perfectly. Other error pages, such as this one render okay except the body has no background image. I can’t figure out any connection behind why some show this and some don’t. All the other pages on my site render perfectly. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
