    Do you have any security plugins turned on? Often they try to mask the version to keep the bad guys from knowing about it.

    You have a plugin, or setting in a plugin, or a wp-config that has disabled auto-updates.
    Or a security plugin.
    Disable your plugins and add them back in one-by-one running the Health Check after each one.
