Background Web Graphics on this site?

I recall coming across a website, that displayed and offered small image snippets, mostly for use in web page backgrounds. I thought it was on this board, but can’t find such a thing. In fact, it displayed graphics used exactly like the background of this wordpress web site. (The light grey/mid grey swirly graphic)

Does anyone know of this site, and it’s address?
