I’m new to buildning a wp site and have just created a simple one so far. Using Elementor. I’m also using Wamp to run it locally. I installed UpdraftPlus, but when backing up it get stuck in the process. It starts to uploa files to google drive, but stops. And then it exit.

What could have gone wrong? Thanks.

I now saw that it created a backup, but it seems that it just couldn’t upload it for some reason, even though I gave permission. I could download the zip file to my computer though.

    Hi,

Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?
This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

When I look in the Updraft folder, I can see three zip files with almost identical names. They just end with others, plugins and uploads.

I can also from the admin panel in WP “download” the zip file that ends with “others” to from the server to my download folder. I suppose Updraft just copy/download the file from the updraft folde in the wampserver folder. Since I use a local virtual server.

But it doesn’t upload it to google drive or to an email message

    Hi,

    Thanks for sending the log.

It shows “1457.573 (4) Google Drive: Upload error: Operation timed out after 60000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (line: 117, file: C:\wamp64\www\mysite\wp-content\plugins\updraftplus\includes\Google\IO\Curl.php)”. We have an article on how to resolve the issue here – https://updraftplus.com/faqs/what-does-the-error-operation-timed-out-after-number-milliseconds-with-0-bytes-received-mean/

    Thanks,

Thanks, will check it out. I did have Internet connection and updraft tried a few times with no results. So maybe its the configuration issue.
