Backoffice Page is disappeared after changing hosting provider due to nextcellen

  • about a few days I have changed the provider hosting the domain where I have also installed the plugin nextcellent gallery. The problem is that by when I have transferred the domain no longer see the message board page after access from the login page. Substantially I don’t see anymore the bulletin board.
    When I delete the plugin nextcellent gallery from ftp I see again the bulletin board, You can tell me why ?
    Php version of the new server is:
    PHP Version 5.5.15

    hi , I have found the problem. The problem is due to this php class:
    [25-May-2015 11:34:35 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Class ‘_NGG_Galleries_List_Table’ not found in /home/domain_name/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/nextcellent-gallery-nextgen-legacy/admin/admin.php on line 607

    so now what I can do, it’s possibile to reinstall the plugin over the last installation without loose the previuos work ?

    Yes, just manually delete the nextcellent plugin folder and reinstall. This will let you keep your galleries.

    Do make a backup first.
