Hello,, it seems if you product is on backorder the value on Google feed is incorrectly “on_backorder” instead just “backorder” as google expects. Please correct this!!

    <g:availability>on_backorder</g:availability>

    should be
    <g:availability>backorder</g:availability>

    Hi,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We have noted the issue regarding the incorrect value for backordered products in the Google feed. The value should indeed be <g:availability>backorder</g:availability> instead of <g:availability>on_backorder</g:availability>, as per Google’s requirements.

We’ll be addressing this in one of our upcoming version releases. We appreciate your patience, and we’ll make sure to keep you updated once the fix is available.

If you have any further questions or need assistance in the meantime, feel free to reach out!

    Best regards,

    Hi @simppa999,

We’re excited to share that we’ve released a new version of the Product Feed Manager, v7.4.26 (2024-12-19). This update includes a fix for the incorrect value for backordered products in the Google feed. The <g:availability> value now correctly outputs backorder instead of on_backorder, aligning with Google’s requirements.

Please update your plugin to the latest version at your earliest convenience, and let us know your feedback. We’re eager to hear if everything works perfectly on your end.

    Looking forward to your response!

    Best regards,
