Backorders

You can use a plugin like Add Admin CSS to hide the WooCommerce backorder option from the product page:

Here is the CSS you can use:

p.form-field._backorders_field {
    display: none;
}

You can also contact the author of the vendor plugin you’re using to add this as a feature. If it is Product Vendors by WooCommerce you can post the idea here:
