    Hi there Benniebean,

    Can you give us a little more information to help us troubleshoot the backup issue? Did you get any error messages, and if so, what were they?

    If you can give us the URL of your site – either in a reply here, or via an email to [email protected] if you prefer it remain private? We will be able to check logs on our backup servers to see what could have gone wrong.
