Backup and Restore via phpMyAdmin

Can someone advice, how come when I did a backup via phpMyAdmin’s export per wordpress’s setting and some modifications as follows:
structure the same except the data, complete inserts, extended inserts and use hexadecimal for binary fields are also checked, however, in both situaions, when i restore using phpMyAdmin’s import, none of the written post can be displayed on the site? What should be the right steps. Thanks.
