    Hello

    I’ve tried to backup my website as usual a few times over the last days, but when I click on the ‘Backup Now’ button nothing happens, it just does nothing.

    Also the page looks a bit different I think, for example at the top of the screen it says –

    ‘Are you sure that you wish to remove this backup set from UpdraftPlus?

    Also delete from remote storage’ with a checkbox next to it.

    There are no buttons to create any action and I don’t have UpdraftPlus, and I’ve not asked to delete anything.

    Can you help me fix this? Thanks!

    Hi,

    Could you try to temporarily deactivate all other plugins? Does the issue persists if you do that?I just want to check if this is not due to cache or security plugin conflict.

    Thanks for the quick reply. I tested this and found that yes, the issue happens only when the Dynamic Cart Messages for WooCommerce plugin is activated.

    Thank you for the update, I will test this and pass it over to our developers.

    I have the same issue on a client site. The tabs to the different sections are also non-functional and I have to use the top bar menu to go to settings, etc. When I click the backup now button, I get this error message in the console log:

    updraft-admin-common-1-23-16.min.js?ver=1.23.16:1 Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).dialog is not a function
    at updraft_backup_dialog_open (updraft-admin-common-1-23-16.min.js?ver=1.23.16:1:11435)
    at HTMLButtonElement.onclick (options-general.php?page=updraftplus&tab=backups:496:167)

    Hi,

    We have replicated the issue and it’s now being treated as an issue of high priority so we should have a fix in the next update.
