Just installed to try it out. Can’t create a backup, because there is no scrollbar in the dialog box, and so the options select area is not reachable.

    1. go to backup panel
    2. click Backup Site Now
    3. in the Backup Now lightbox, click Custom Backup
    4. Note that all options are unreachable behind/below edge of lightbox

I think it would be better for the backup step to have its own page/panel.

    Hello @brucetm

Thanks for the report, that’s one we haven’t seen before.

Do you mind sharing what browser and operating system you were using when you saw this behavior?

The “lightbox” library we use is called ThickBox, and it’s built into WordPress Core. Typically, the scroll bar dynamically grows and shrinks when the Custom options are expanded, but it sounds like that’s not the case for you.

One thing you can do is set up your “regular” backup settings, in the Total Upkeep > Settings > Backup Storage menu. This will be on its own panel, and the settings will apply to the “Backup Site Now” pop-up even if you can’t scroll to see them.

Can you confirm if the same issue happens for you on another browser?
