Backup colorbox not copied

you can restore using database also..and if you still hve tht server site from where you want to export it so click on tools > export > select colorbox..try to import it again.

I’ve tried using tools>export, i then receive: This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
Any ideas?

Further to the above. It appears that my app Nova doesnt like the xml file. When i use firefox then the export/import works ok but the config for the colorbox is not populated, i.e. when i display the colorbox config via WP admin, nothing is displayed.

are you exporting premium plgin data so it wont work in free version..you need to export free plugin data and then import it.please check it again.

Hi, thanks, I am exporting from colorbox PRO and then importing on a new domain, which is why i upgraded to the multidomain pro version. I am happy to give you admin access to both wordpress installations. Can you clarify the table names and also whether or not the free version also needs to be installed on the target domain – i’ve tried both with and without but neither work for me, i.e. when i examine the colorbox from wordpress admin, the colorboxes are not present. for pro version you need to go to their support forum..also in free version you can particularly export colorbox free plugin.
