Backup Does not Complete

    Hello,

    I am using a Dreamhost Hosted site https://www.ghhsathletics.com on a shared system. I am trying to back up my WordPress site. I clicked on Back up Now button and it is grayed out and says backup in Progress for about 2 hours now. How long should I wait?

    How can I cancel the backup and start over?

    If you refresh that page, it should un-grey itself.

    Your folder is 900+ megs, though, and on a shared box, that’s why it’s not working ??
