backup doesn’t import

    Hi there,
    I create a backup on my localhost and when I am importing from production it uploads but on 100% of progress it get stuck and does not finish. Any ideas?

    Hi @jaumehernandezpuig

    You meant our upload area below backups list?
    It is possible that his process can’t finish due to request limits.

    In such case I’d recommend you to upload the backup via FTP.
    You can find the path for FTP right under upload area.

    Once your FTP upload finish, simply refresh your list and it should be there ??
