Backup Error

    Hello,
    Since more than 4 week the backup does not arrive to the end. A message like this “WARNING: Job restarts due to inactivity for more than 5 minutes” tells me that the job didn’t worked, and in the email:

  • Plase Configure the Maximum execution Time im BackWPup > Settings > Tab: Job to 30 secounds and try again.

    Unfortunately it didn’t work. I still get this message.
    Which can be the problem???

    Can you try a tar archive formart ?

    I tried the tar archive format but still tells me “WARNING: Job restarts due to inactivity for more than 5 minute” . Could it be a problem of memory space for the zip compression?

    The PHP memory usage of zip is very low. Can you ask you hoster to check the log if they can see wey it aborts.
