When I go to the Transposh Utilities and try to perform a backup, I receive this error message:

500 – key does not fit

Is there a way to backup the translation files?

I tried finding information on your site and it said this feature is still under development and to leave a comment for the key, but comments are closed and the last one was in 2010.

    How to restore a backup

This feature is still under development. Until the feature is integrated into the plugin, you’ll have to recover your key from us, just leave a comment on this page and we’ll provide you with the required information.

Just contact me directly using the form on the site, and I’ll see if I can recover your key.

I will need your site url, and any key you might have

Thanks for the support through email Ofer.

    —FOR ANYONE ELSE—
I received a key from him and this allowed me to backup the files on one of his remote servers. To backup the translation files locally, you can backup the database tables:

    wp_translations
    wp_translations_log

*There are many good database plugins out there to backup your files.
**If your tables are still prefixed with wp_, you may want to look into changing them for security reasons.
