    Hi @cougar2007

    – Definitions:
    * Source server = The server (site) where the backup was made
    * Destination server = The server (site) where you want to restore the backup

This error is usually related to one of these things:
    a) Your download could be aborted by source server.
    b) File may be damaged, please check on the source server if the backup is visible on your backup list.
    c) This file may be protected by some plugin or your hosting provider

    Solutions:
    a) We offer alternate download method in such cases, but it’s usually last hope. If that won’t work you may need to upload the file manually.
    1. Go to “Other options” section on your source server
    2. Enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w

    b) If you confirm that your backup is visible on the list, then it’s valid and it should be possible to use it in restore process. Otherwise you may need to make new backup (before you do, please inform me I’ll provide you better configuration for it)

    c) Firstly try to visit your backup URL manually and check if that will start the download. If this URL works (i.e. the download starts) the issue may be caused by your destination server. Nevertheless to be 100% sure try to visit it via incognito mode in your browser.

You can also download the backup manually and upload it via FTP or via our upload area.

Let me know if above steps were helpful ??
    Thank you!
