    Restoring the backup hung at 99%.

    I got to the WordPress configuration page. When I visit the site, I am required to enter all the data in a new way, including the language of the site. What should I do?


    Please help me quickly as I urgently need to restore the backup.

    In order to provide you proper solution I need more details about the failed process.

    Please, go to the site where you experienced issues and open our plugin settings.
    At the bottom you can find the “Troubleshooting” section, please expand it and click on “Check advanced options”.

    It will expand further section where you can find a red button
    – “Share debug infos with BackupBliss team”, click on it.

    Debug code contain all details I need to understand your issue and prepare a solution.
