Backup failed every time

  • Hi, I tried to use Backup Guard after a while on my website. Both if i tried to run a scheduled or a manual backup the result is the same: backup failed. What i can do?

    To which email should I send the file log?

    Backup guard Version: 1.6.7.1. WordPress: 5.8.1

    Make sure to send the log files of both manual and scheduled backups to the [email protected] email address.

    Please send it via wetransfer.com using the link retrieving option.
