Thanks for giving the BoldGrid Backup plugin a try! I’m sorry to hear about the MySQL connection issue, but I’m sure we can help get this sorted out.
I’ve tried running my first backup and get this error:
Are you running the backup manually by clicking “Backup Site Now”, or is this a scheduled backup? I’m trying to figure out how we can try to replicate this issue on our end, so any other information you can provide on the exact steps you’re taking would be helpful.
Error: Connection to mysql failed with message: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user ‘newc41990041540’@’184.168.192.167’ (using password: YES)
Where exactly are you getting this error message? Is the error being listed in an email, or are you seeing it within the WordPress dashboard? Are you possibly able to take a screenshot of the error to give us better context?
Is there more any more info that comes with the error message? For example, is it listing a filename / line number that is triggering the error?
