    Updated UpdraftPlus plugin to latest version (Version: 1.16.53). Backup now aborts with no error message. When try to access log, get “Loading log file … Bad Request (error)”. When I try to change settings (e.g. change to different remote server), error message: “updraft_send_command: error: error (Bad Request)”

    No other changes have been made on the site. Using latest version of WP.

    Also, because of similar problem some time ago, had added following to wp-config.php

    define(‘UPDRAFTPLUS_IPV4_ONLY’, true);

    Hi,

    The usual cause of the error you are getting is a timeout in PHP-FPM. Can you consult your web hosting company to check if that is the case, and what they suggest?

    Thanks,

    Hi Bryle – My PHP version was set to 7.3. In the past, setting it to the latest version, 7.4, would break my site. I have set it to 7.4 now, the site works, and so does UpdraftPlus. Everything is good now that I’ve set the PHP to 7.4. Thank you again!
