Backup fails to upload to Dropbox

Is the log file that you sent the full log for the backup?
It appears that the backup is cut off partway through processing the database backup, so does not reach the upload stage.

Please could you run a fresh backup, and allow it to run for an hour? Then, could you send us a copy of that backup log?

It appears that the backup process is cut off when attempting to finish processing the database backup file.

Please could you (or your hosts/server admin) check the PHP maximum execution time for the site?

@dnutbourne it was 60s in hosting settings, made it 300, started new backup – nothing changed ??

This suggests that the issue may be a bug or error is occurring, which is killing off the process.

Please could you ask your hosts/server admin to check the PHP Error logs for any errors occurring around the time of the latest backup?
