    AFTER PURCHASE OF THE PREMIUM PRO BACKUP MIGRATION, I ATTEMPTED A 3.7 GB BACKUP AND AFTER RUNNING FOR LESS THAN 30 SECONDS, THE PLUGIN FAILED. IN THE ERROR MESSAGE I WAS INSTRUCTED TO COME TO THE FORUM, POST MY PROBLEM AND I ASSUME WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO NOTIFY ME THAT MY PROBLEM IS “X” AND THE SOLUTION IS “Y”

    I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN THIS SITUATION SO I DO NOT KNOW THE PROTOCOL FOR SUCH POSTS AND THEREFORE I HOPE THAT THIS IS ACCEPTABLE

    Before you do that please:
    Try two different backup techniques (you can find them in ?other options” section) at the bottom:

    • “Bypass web server timeout directive – backup process may be slower”
    • …or “Bypass web server limits – it will disable automatic backup and possibility to run it in the background”
    • Don’t forget to save the settings ??
