Backup file?

    Hi
    I use updraft plugin. Today I got this msg
    Warning: A very large file was encountered: uploads/mainwp/backup/backup-1488692640.tar.gz (size: 339.8 Mb)

    May anyone just tell me what is this file?

    It is a backup file from the old MainWP backup system. If you are not using the old default system you can delete it.
