Backup files are not in FTP

    Hello,
    when i try export file, i cant download file for “unknown server error”.

    But also in FTP folder /www/wp-content/ai1wm-backups are not any files.

    Why?

    Do you see the backup files when you login to wp-admin and navigate to All-in-One WP Migration -> Backups ?
    If you do, then you are not probably not using the right FTP server or folder.
