I installed Updraft Plus back in November. At the time I ran a successful backup.

No one has run a backup since (I don’t manage the site).

Recently I went looking for the backup files to restore the database after a problem and discovered they are gone.

There is an updraft folder in wp-content. It has the log file from my backup in November indicating a successful backup.

    But no backup files.

Any idea where they may have gone? Are there any clues in the log file I should look for? I see the file names, but they are all relative, so I’m assuming they should be in the same directory as the log file.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Was a remote storage location selected at the time of the backup? If so, the backup files will be located in remote storage.

If not, please could you send us a copy of the backup log?
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Pastebin, and post the link here.

    No remote storage was selected.

Could I PM you the log?

    Hi,

Would it be possible to upload the log to Pastebin, and post the link here?
