Backup Frequency Settings

    Updraft is backing up several times per day. Where are the controls to change this. In my case, a weekly backup would be more than adequate.
    Any help would be appreciated

    Hi Chuck,

    The settings for backup frequency are at the top of the settings tab.
    Could you tell me what your current settings are or attach an image?

    Hi Nick. Thanks for your note. It is configured for Daily but I am getting backups 2x / day. Below is a screenshot of the settings.

    I can change the settings to weekly but that doesn’t explain 2x/day.

    Hello Nick. Sorry but I got swamped with work. Also, yesterday, I noticed that I am again getting backups every 3 or 4 hours. I checked and the frequency was set to weekly. I have changed it to fortnightly with 2 returned backups. Hee is a link:

    Hi Chuck,

    That’s no problem. Could you use the imgur service linked below for an image?

    The link doesn’t work for me, it’s a password protected WordPress admin page.
    It’s best not to share links like that publicly, they give too much detail on sites.
