• I activated backup godaddy on this site and all the others that I have hosted on Goaddy.

    But, simply everyone is disabled, this is the second time that this happens to me, why are Backups automatically disabled?

    If I need Backup and it is disabled, how do my clients stay?

    This happens every month, so I have to manually activate the Premium backup, nor to migrate to normal, it disables.

    This can happen sometimes when our system does not detect your website information correctly, and to prevent any charges from being created the Premium Backups were deactivated.

    Our developers are already working on resolving this issue, and are hunting some of the edge cases, and I’ve forwarded your website to them so that they can examine the logs.

    If you run into this issue again, just send us a ticket again from your dashboard with additional details and we will take an in-depth look into your case.

    I have the same issue. Contacted later this evening ManageWP Support team, and they said me that some plugin coused this.

    I have like 50 emails from ManageWP about my websites are down, then up, and on and on. And now, they’re staying disconnected all the time

    Also, all of my websites are hosted on GoDaddy. Is there any know issue with GoDaddy services?

    @srdnvch There are no known issues, however, edge cases are always a possibility. That’s why we’re on a lookout all the time – some edge cases are harder to notice.

    I guess you included all the necessary information in the ticket you filed and the team will surely take a closer look at this situation.
