Backup guard full back up failing

Hi,
I am trying to create full backup with backupguard, of my site. I had created backups earlier successfully . I was creating a backup two days ago and cancelled it in between. After that, I tried twice and it failed both times. The database backup is successful, but the file backup is not happening.
