I was working fine and then today I discovered it wasn’t performing anymore.

It seems like it stops after a warning that the server isn’t responding anymore. Is it a php timeout issue?

I just updated the app jit but same error. This tie with the new app I get a debug code: BMI-5AItyZRu-58835 (so I deleted the old log below)

    Hi @jenkisan

Your issue is most likely caused by modified PHP CLI.
You should be able to resolve it by disabling the checking step.

Please follow these steps on the site where you experienced this error:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Change backup method (optional): https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    4. Save “Other options” section
    5. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

Once you do that, try to run your backup process again.

Let me know if that worked for you ??
    Thank you!
