Backup hangs

    Hey There,

    I’ve got the latest updraft plus pro version and I am attempting to run a manual backup of a new staging environment while the backup page is open and it hangs at:

    0984.401 (2) Zip: backup_2016-11-10-1559_Billie_Jean_King039s_4c5c4d641477-uploads.zip.tmp: 1200 files added (on-disk size: 173338.2 KB)
    0984.406 (2) Zip: backup_2016-11-10-1559_Billie_Jean_King039s_4c5c4d641477-uploads.zip.tmp: 1300 files added (on-disk size: 173338.2 KB)
    0984.411 (2) Zip: backup_2016-11-10-1559_Billie_Jean_King039s_4c5c4d641477-uploads.zip.tmp: 1400 files added (on-disk size: 173338.2 KB)
    0984.415 (2) Adding batch to zip file (UpdraftPlus_BinZip): over 29.7 MB added on this batch (29.7 MB, 1880 files batched, 328 (427) added so far); re-opening (prior size: 173338.2 KB)

    I am not sure how to get it to back up.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    I have unlimited quota for my ftp drive and I am connecting succesffully to it when testing via updraftplus pro.

    Hi Donna,

    By ‘updraftplus pro version’, are you referring to the paid UpdraftPlus Premium?
    If so, please can you open a support ticket through our customer support form, or forums?
