    Hello,

I love the plugin and haven’t had any issue until now. When I try to do a backup (manually), it stops/fails towards the end and gets stuck. Here is the log: https://pastebin.com/A6eRmK1N

Some background: I recently restored a backup, and all went fine with that, except that when I went to delete the old directories, it said:

“Old directory removal failed for some reason. You may want to do this manually.
    Delete: mu-plugins-old: Failed
Delete /home4/goseongg/public_html/wp-content/mu-plugins-old: Failed. Parent Directory UID=1097, GID=1098. Effective/real user IDs of the current process: 1097/1097. Effective/real group IDs of the current process: 1098/1098.”

So I’m not sure why that is. Anyway, I found this from the full log linked above.

0049.119 (0) PHP event: code E_WARNING: opendir(/home4/goseongg/public_html/wp-content/mu-plugins-old): Failed to open directory: Permission denied (line 2983, wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/backup.php)
    0049.121 (0) Failed to open directory: /home4/goseongg/public_html/wp-content/mu-plugins-old
0049.122 (0) An error condition has occurred for the first time during this job

But upon your inspection of the full log or expertise, do you have any recommendations regarding something like this? I have cron running externally (through cPanel) instead of the default wp-cron but I as far as I can tell it appears to be fine.

    Thanks,
    Nate
