    Hi guys,

i hope you can help me out here:

i backed up our website, we moved to a new provider, installed a new wordpress, installed updraftplus and uploaded all 5 backup files (db, uploads, others, plugins, themes). On the site I dont see any images so i′m checking in ftp in the uploads folder and see that the wrong folder (empty one) got uploaded. so i manually create a subfolder (2018) and inside this one another one (10) which was the original structure and manually add all images from the backup file. This helps, so that like 70% of the images are in the media library and on the website. BUT: the rest of the images have no thumbnail in the library, are not shown on the side BUT exist in wordpress -> when i select one of these images in the library and copy the image link, the image opens.

Also I cannot add or change these particular images in the website builder (wpbakery) which is strange. when i want to replace an image it is still x-ed out.

any idea what i can do here? i installed a plugin called “regenerate thumbnails” which brought back some images, but not all..

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Please can you try to reset permalinks? See if that helps fix the issue.
Also please double check if the images are on the correct folder.

    Regards,

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late reply.

Are you still having the same issue up to now?
