    My apologies for such a late reply, we had some technical issues.
    But now I am fully responsible to help you ??

    We recently released a new beta with a new option that may solve your issue.

    To activate the timeout bypass, please try to enable:
    ?Bypass web server limits” option, you can find it at the bottom of the ?Other options” section in our plugin’s settings page.

    Also please try to exclude all non-important files from the backups and files that are not desired to be backed up (e.g. Backups from other plugins, cache files, node_modules folder)

    We will help you remotely if that’s needed or even make a quick fix for you ??
