I keep getting the following error when running a backup (Out of memory (allocated 149155840) (tried to allocate 69437976 bytes)). According to my system Status information (below), I have more than enough memory to accomplish the backup.I have cleared all caches, uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled the plugin and still the back doesn’t complete.
Thank you in advance for you assistance

    Hi @digitaldumpstation

Could you please generate debug code of the failed process and share it?
You should be able to do that after backup fail.

But if you can’t find it after failure, simply send it manually using troubleshooting section: https://prnt.sc/lKbjrSAqQudm

It will give me a better background of what’s going on.
For now I assume you may have higher amount of memory set in your wp-config.php than your php.ini configuration allows.

    Thank you!

I received this email and followed the directions. I was able to get a successful backup.

    Hi Kevin

Your process ran out of memory, we have alternate backup method that can resolve the issue.

Please open first section of the plugin named: "What will be backed up?"
Find subsection named: "Exclude by folder / file name (case-sensitive)"
Here add these three rules, like on image: https://prnt.sc/9oftADPd_Z7e

Once you do that, please follow these steps:
    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    3. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    4. Save “Other options” section
    5. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

Let me know if that worked for you :)
    Thank you!
